Aktivity komunity, která si říká Chudčické zvonky, přivedly život do obecního sadu. Jejich snem bylo vybudovat vesnický park, kde by se lidé setkávali a probíhaly by tu různé akce, třeba i spojené s rokem v sadě. Doplnili mobiliář, pořídili lavičky, vyrobili ptačí budky, vybudovali altán a dnes již mají za sebou řadu akcí – třeba andělský průvod, velikonoční hrkání, sběr bylinek, cvičení jógy, spaní pod širákem či autorské čtení. Pro výstavu v místním kulturním domě teď sbírají fotky pamětníků, které dokumentují budování a historii obce, aby byla zachována pro budoucí generace.
